From Pastor Jim Holley saying they as a church as so much to be thankful for. He states the continual progress of Little Rock and that he thanks the Lord for having confidence in him and a reminder that God is good.

Pastor Holley states the importance of a functional family and how vision, courage and faith is need to overcome obstacles. He states the goal of Little Rock is to turn membership to discipleship, while mentioning church programs such as P.A.C.E and S.W.A.T. as examples. This letter closes with the message of how teamwork is accomplished.
A Functional Family Working as a Team
